I. Position: Immigration Attorney

Requirement:
1. At least 2-3 years of practical experience in immigration law
2. Certified attorney in the state of California
3. Detailed-oriented with excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in preparing non-immigration and immigration visa matters, including PERM application, L-1, E-1, E-2 and H1B petitions

4. Detailed-oriented, highly organized, committed to customer service with clear verbal, written and interpersonal skills
III. Receptionist
1. Some experience in service field preferred
2. Familiar with Microsoft word, excel and Microsoft outlook
3. Demonstrates good organization skills
4. Fluent in both Korean and English
